Terms of Service

These draft terms cover the ExamTraq website and study app. The operator’s legal details, support contact, and effective date are pending confirmation.

Your account

Give accurate account information and keep your sign-in details private. Tell ExamTraq if you think someone else has accessed your account. If you are under 18, review these terms with your parent or legal guardian and get their permission where required. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information about students and guardians.

Using ExamTraq

You can use ExamTraq for personal study and exam preparation. Use the service lawfully and respect other students. Do not use it to cheat in a live exam, distribute leaked exam papers, harass anyone, impersonate another person, or expose their private information. Keep accounts, files, and study groups you access within the permissions granted to you. Do not upload malicious files, scrape the service at scale, or bypass its security and usage limits.

Materials you upload and share

You keep the rights you have in your study materials. Upload and share only materials you have permission to use in that way. By supplying materials, you give ExamTraq limited permission to store, read, and process them, including through service providers, to deliver the features you request. That includes generating quizzes, explanations, and other study resources, and displaying materials to the people you choose to share them with.

Review the recipients and contents before sharing a notebook. If you believe material on ExamTraq infringes your rights, use the support contact to identify the material and explain your concern.

AI answers and practice scores

AI-generated explanations, questions, and summaries can contain mistakes. Check important answers against your class materials, teachers, or official sources. Use practice scores as a guide to what to review. Refer to the relevant exam body for registration, exam rules, dates, and official results.

Suspension and account closure

ExamTraq may restrict access or remove material to address a serious breach of these terms, protect students or the service, or comply with the law. Where practical and permitted, we will explain the reason and how you can raise a concern. You may stop using the service at any time and request account closure through support. See the Privacy Policy for information about requests to delete personal data.

Questions and complaints

The monitored support contact will be added before these terms take effect. You can use it to report misuse, question an account action, or raise a complaint about the service. Your statutory consumer rights and remedies continue to apply.
